ARTIST SUBMISSIONS

 

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Artwork must be original

  • Art must consist of predominantly handmade parts

  • Artist or representative must be present to protect work at all times

  • Artist should be present to tell the story of and sell their pieces

  • Please note names/work of space sharing artists on same application

  • Artwork exhibited must be consistent with accepted images

  • Reproductions or prints must be clearly labeled "reproduction"

  • Non-original or promo items are not admissable (ex:posters, shirts)

1. Please read artist participation requirements and image specifications 

 

2. Please complete and send your submission form asap

 

3. You will be notified as soon as your work has been selected for admission

 

 

IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS

 

  • Please include link and/or upload 3-4 high quality images of your work if you have not previously submitted to The ARK  

 

  • Selections are based on quality of work and date of submission

 

  • Artists must provide their own table/hanging set up (ask for help if needed).

 

  • Art of Recovery space at Houston Studios soundstage is indoors

 

  • Space assignments will be made at the discretion of the directors

 

  • Artists will be sent load in/out, set up and parking instructions

 

  • ARK events are pet/alcohol/drug FREE

 

  • $40 space fee (payment due via PayPal on MORE/DONATE tab above)
